Started as an entrepreneurial venture back in 1983, called Lingamaneni Estates, to undertake real estate, construction and contracting business. Today the company has changed its constitution to a limited company known as ‘LEPL Projects’ and expanded its focus to Property Development, Infrastructure development in the Commercial, Residential, Education, Power and Health sectors, in addition to acquiring strategically located Land Banks with a futuristic approach.
LEPL was founded by Sri L. P. Bhaskar Rao, a first generation entrepreneur, a visionary with over two decades of experience in real estate development and construction. As Chairman of the Group, he has been at the forefront of the real estate industry in Andhra Pradesh, following its motto “The aim of the Group is to be a professional and responsive corporate entity, with the aim of positively transforming the quality of life of the society at large” through building world class residential and commercial projects, providing quality education, healthcare and power to the society.
