A Visionary Journey in

Founded in 1983 as Lingamaneni Estates for real estate, construction, and contracting, the company is now known as LEPL Projects. It has expanded its focus to include property development, infrastructure in commercial, residential, education, power, and health sectors, and the acquisition of strategically located land banks.
LEPL was founded by Sri L. P. Bhaskar Rao, a visionary entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in real estate development and construction. As Chairman, he has led the company in transforming the quality of life through world-class residential and commercial projects, and by providing quality education, healthcare, and power.
