Property and Land Contribution
Normalcy to provide property or land, Infrastructure to various reputed organisations for rendering their services to community. The trust has donated 6.00 Acres of land to Chinmaya organisation for rural development (CORD) for orphanage which is currently having 100 girls at various levels of education.
Sri Dasavatara Venkateswara Swamy Temple
The world’s first sacred site dedicated to Lord Sri Dashavatara Venkateswara Swamy stands as a divine landmark in the new capital region, revered as “Bhooloka Vaikuntam” (Heaven on Earth). The idol was consecrated by the esteemed Sri Avadhoota Dattapeethadhipathi, Sri Sri Sri Ganapathi Sachidananda Swamiji, with spiritual guidance and supervision by Sri Datta Vijayananda Teertha Swamiji. The grand Swamyvari Brahmotsavam is celebrated annually, drawing countless devotees to partake in its divine glory. Additionally, Nithyannadhaanam, the sacred offering of daily meals, is organized every day, ensuring that the spirit of service and devotion remains at the heart of this holy site.

Providing Advancement of general public utility during natural calamities
Our trust has always been on the forefront in extending their services to the needy during natural calamities like floods, major fire accidents etc., In recent 2008 major fire accident in Vijayawada and 2009 Floods in Krishna, Nellore and Guntur districts, our trust took active part in restoring their normalcy.
Mobile veterinary hospital
Lingamaneni trust have recently donated 2 no’s of high-end mobile medical relief vans costing Approx 20 lakhs for serving into remote villages where veterinary hospitals are not available
