Mr. L.P. Bhaskara Rao’s achievements are by no means restricted to property development. He stands as a testament to his concern for society, believing that an equitable society can only be achieved if every individual is ready and willing to do their part. Accordingly, he has established a charitable foundation with a mission to enhance both the quality of and contributions towards the establishment of orphanages, educational institutions, and merit scholarships.
While growing the company as the founder and Chairman, L.P. Bhaskara Rao’s progressive thinking made him conscious of the need to offer custom-made housing solutions for the middle class that were both high-quality and affordable. He belongs to a distinguished group of first-generation entrepreneurs who, through vision and dedication, have carved a niche in the property development arena. This farsightedness has ensured that LEPL has become a substantial company in Southern India.

As a visionary and acclaimed MBA entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the construction and retail sectors, he has been at the forefront of initiating and implementing retail and multiplex developments in Tier II and III cities. Rajasekhar has been instrumental in bringing multinational retail brands to cities such as Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, and Guntur. The understanding gained from his extensive overseas travel experiences has enabled him to successfully collaborate with international investors for the joint development of commercial projects in Andhra Pradesh.

A dynamic and enthusiastic leader with great business acumen and experience in executing projects with overseas investors and corporations, Ramesh is also an accomplished marketing professional. His visionary efforts and dynamism were crowned with success through the development of the first international-class township in coastal Andhra Pradesh by successfully forging a joint venture with one of the world’s largest infrastructure construction companies, M/s. IJM Corporation Berhad, Malaysia. He has also successfully collaborated with Momentum Melbourne Pty Ltd for a multi-storey residential project in Australia under the banner of Lingamaneni Momentum Melbourne Pty Ltd, Melbourne, Australia.

With experience spanning financial analysis, business strategy, and digital transformation across leading international organizations, he has developed a sharp, data-driven approach to decision-making and growth. An alumnus of the University of Illinois Chicago and a consistent Dean’s List honouree, Sailesh combines global exposure with a deep understanding of evolving market dynamics. His progressive mindset and commitment to innovation are instrumental in driving LEPL’s next phase of growth, strengthening its position as a catalyst for modern urban development.
